(CDRSN)

Community funded public mental health dollars within Washington State are channeled through Regional Support Networks, as a Managed Care Prepaid Health Plan.  The Chelan-Douglas Regional Support Network/PHP has the responsibility of authorizing public mental health services including prior authorization for psychiatric hospitalization.  The CDRSN contracts with local agencies (licensed by the Mental Health Division) to provide these services to our community as well as with psychiatric hospitals in Spokane, Tri-Cities and Seattle.

The CDRSN strives to assist individuals in achieving and maintaining their highest level of functioning in the community.  We facilitate development of quality services and effective strategies of care that consumer’s value.

Our belief and practice is that mental health care becomes most meaningful when people have voice, access, and ownership of their mental health care needs and services.
