- Medicaid and private insurance accepted (Managed Care providers may require a referral from your primary care physician prior to services.)

24 Hour Crisis Response Team
Immediate response to individuals and families within the Chelan and Douglas
County areas regardless of age, culture, or ability to pay.
Non-Emergent Assessment

Review of each individual's situation, leading to authorization of services under this plan and/or referral to other services.
